Each cake that leaves our studio is a labor of love. All of our cakes are made to order from the freshest ingredients daily. The process of scuplting figurines, hand making sugar flowers, and preparing other embellishments can start weeks before delivery. The inspiration for our designs is strongly influenced through interaction with our customers which is why we always prefer meeting in person, or on the phone, as opposed to just over email. Some of the most talked about details in our designs came from an off-hand comment made while talking about the event, or the guest of honor. |

At Baked Impressions we value quality and customer service above everything else. All of our products are made to order for each client from scratch using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients possible. Our signature Italian Meringue Buttercream is made with pure butter not with shortening. Our fruit purees are made from fresh in the bakery from local sources, not from frozen or prepackaged fruits. When it comes to the chocolate for our mousses and cake truffles, only the finest Belgian chocolates will do.
